Fifth Annual Italian Festival - 2012

The Bella Italia Lodge 2808-Columbia hosts this event each year to increase awareness of the local Italian community - its heritage and culture - and share its festival proceeds with various charities throughout Columbia. Our lodge has successfully contributed to Harvest Hope Food Bank, The Oliver Gospel Mission, Christ Central Mission; paid for Veterans Memorial Trips to Washington, DC; and assisted various other humanitarian efforts around the region and around the world! In addition, a portion of our proceeds is earmarked to provide college scholarships to worthy students in the Midlands. Your assistance is requested in the form of a monetary contribution or donated items. Your support to our festival will be recognized in the Festival's brochures, banners and other promotional materials. There are four affordable sponsorships offered with varying advertising options to fit your budget and business benefit. Click here to download the Sponsorship Letter and Sponsorship Form. Print and complete the form and mail to Nick D. Pizzuti as indicated on the form. With your contribution, our lodge goal to "serve and give back to the community" can be achieved and this year's festival will be the best ever!

The Festival Committee invites - and is now accepting requests from - retail vendors to participate in the festival. The number of vendors is limited 20 and will be considered on a first come/first serve basis. The retail vendor participation fee is $225, which includes a 10'x 10' Sierra Dome Tent and the required city license. Electricity is provided at no cost. Vendors will be responsible for bringing their own table(s) for display of merchandise. Vendors retain their sales profits. Interested vendors must complete the Retail Vendor Request Form and mail to Mr. Nick D. Pizzuti at the lodge address provided on the form. The festival committee will consider all vendor requests and will provide notification of acceptance. A cut-off date for vendor applications will be announced once we reach our limit. Apply today to reserve your spot!
