Introduction - Several Italian Americans who have resided in Columbia for decades have established their legacy or made their mark. Old established families whom we have come to know as Italian pioneers to this area, like Tronco, Pizzuti, Fusci, LaRosa and Vella -- just to name a few who are affiliated with our Lodge -- are among those Italian Americans who found their "niche in the local community". These and other Italians who are members of our Sons of Italy famiglia will be featured in the lodge quarterly newsletter, Figli d'Italia Notizia 2808, and the lodge website.
